Xygen Reviewed by Xygen on 29th Dec 2010. StableLayer is a rip off Here's a review on StableLayer.eu. I bought a netherlands vps and they gave me an USA vps. I submitted a ticket and they said they'll move me. Waited a week and they said the move has been completed. I did a whois on my vps ip and it says located USA limestone. I asked again and they said the panel is located in USA while the vps is in Netherlands. I'm like what does the panel got to do with the vps location? when I'm checking the vps ip and not panel ip.This host lies you can do a whois on Rating: 5
