This time round, I'll keep it simple to minimize frustration for myself, which results because users don't follow simple instructions. My partner purchased 2 1-month Fileserve accounts, not knowing I had already purchased the needed accounts. So, these 2 accounts are basically not going to be used. I rarely download from Fileserve, so I won't use them. Rating: 5
