    any new host is good... try bitshare, i didnt see any of my files deleted there yet... probably they are not in databases for dmca yet or something like that...

    You shouldn't really have to worry about DMCA too much with any host..

    - Rename the file to something unrecognisable
    - Change the MD5 of the file (I think hotfile takes down all of the files with the same md5, not just the reported file)
    - Add a password so they cannot inspect the contents of the RAR (your file host, that is)

    Like i said before, i'm not looking for a host to upload files on.

    I'll use this host to upload txt files which users will download and the links to the actual content hosted on other hosts( fileserve, rapidshare) will be inside these files.

    I want a host that doesn't delete my txt files very quickly, which is not the case with mediafire, megaupload etc. They delete these txt files very quickly, like in a day.

    I tried all of these, but it doesn't help much
