My vote goes to Vibrance.org, tehGFX.com doesn't sound good and you don't have to have GFX within the domain if your forum is a dedicated GFX forum. Vibrance ftw.

it's more about what you want to do. if you have a forum where you also make gfx work, then i would call it tehgfx. but if not, then vibrance is better.
but tehgfx is better SEO, so more google hits(if that's what you want)
