The only way to get lots of backlinks in a short period of time is either spam or LE. But what matters most to search engines is quality one way backlinks and that takes time to develop.

If you don't wanna wait, your only option is to buy adsopts at various sites but those will only serve as temporary backlinks. Once your site gains in popularity over time and garners the respect of other sites in your niche, you will automatically get natural one way permanent backlinks.

If you have non-warez site, you can submit articles to various article directories to gain backlinks too.

Commenting on dofollow blogs is another way to gain backlinks but make sure your comment is relevant to the topic and the site itself is relevant to your site's niche.
