having Problem with Footer need help

Hello Guys im using vB 4.1 and i apply this skin but im having this problem

im getting this Problem in this Skin only in when i use different skins i have they work all fine, someone help i need this skin.... tnx

Click 'Revert'. When it asks you do you want to make changes, click "Yes". That's all.

Go to Style Manager, double click on "Forum Home Templates". Select "FORUMHOME" , and click "Revert".

in the Admin Control Panel. scroll down until you see

User Ranks

expand the menu and click add new user rank
