I heard a lot of good things about wrzhost as well, sometimes the received service also has a lot to do with the patience of the client.

Over 12 hours and being billed 2 times.... thats not patience to you?

If Tippie is correct then:
1) He's not responsible for the double payment, so you actually just gifted someone who has nothing to do with wrzhost anymore.
2) What should Tippie do if someone abused the server? Take a plain and go kill everyone in the datacenter to get the server back up in 2 minutes for you?

1) What? both payments went to him look at the names on the payments.

2) did i say the user was his fault? no. Did i say its his fault if the server isnt up in 2 minutes? no.. what is his fault is making me wait over 12 hours and just telling me becouse i complained to him why my sites was down.

I already explained the situation and did what I could do a couple of hours ago, I have to wait now just like you, I can't do anything about the fact that my datacenter doesn't unsuspend the blocked ip sooner.

I suggested you a vps a while ago so you could control everything and so you weren't dependant from other clients.
