It IS your issue. You are on a SHARED server which means your sites go down if a IP get's blacklisted.
If you don't like it get a VPS or get your own IP.

I do have my OWN IP... 2 of the damn things so fuck off, and my sites being closed isnt my issues its not being told when to expect it back up after they found out about it.

We have 5 ways or more to contact us and KWWHunction isn't one of them.
I asked the KWWHunction staff 10 times before not to allow topics about wrzhost because this is what happens.
I always loose tons of time I can use to help other clients.

About the refund:

I always keep my word and do what I say.
I never scammed anyone and I'm honest about everything.
I will provide the refund once all the chargebacks are cleared, people mass charged back the invoices when they received the mail so my paypal balance is negative now.
