But the problem is newbies cannot jump on the torrents as soon as they are out. They can only download torrents older than 48 hours according to the rules and by that time there are thousands of seeders already.

The way for newbies to survive at torrentleech is to cross seed at first. I for one will only be using TL for high profile releases which I need to get as soon as they are released.
