PSD to Wordpress (3.0) Theme

Hello,

I'm looking a for wordpress theme coder, I've the PSD with me and also have the license to use it anywhere. Below are the requirements :

• Theme must be WordPress 3.0 Compatible
• All background images must be optimized and combined using CSS Sprites.
• The theme should not have more than 1 (one) style sheet.
• Rounded edges without usage of any javascripts.
• No use of javascripts at all.
• CSS and HTML must be 100% valid.
• The theme must be well optimized for search engines.
• Must be delivered within a week.

The work is very simple and I can pay upto $75 USD or may be more.

I dont have any examples to show you but i can code PSD to Wordpress.
PSD to XHTML to CSS to Wordpress ..

I learned to do this using video tutorials that i have on my laptop
If you pick me to do this work for you i can complete within the week, would be alot faster but as it is new year, i'll be out drinking with mates.
