Well, How do you submit? Auto submitter or throught Twilight submissions page?
Make sure the Email address should match the one which u use while registering..

When you was trying to get whitelisted which email you use?
MUST Use Exact things while you registering like

e.g. :

For submission
Site : Fresh Warez
url : http://www.freshw.info
Email : Exact Email u used for Whitelisting
