Guys, when will you ever learn? Canada is NOT "Offshore", any legal challenge from the USA will have your site closed!

But some DCs over there allow warez linking, so you're safe to a point.

the DC that I'm with said as DCMA complaints are taken care of they don't mind what is hosted. Had a few and just passed em onto the users and its been taken care of. Pretty safe, been with em for a few months.
