i will suggest you to not to host any such site on indian servers, i have seen many of them just go down or taken down by the government. Once you get the complain about your site they will just shut down your site and delete everything, they will not give even your backups.

No warez on Indian or US servers, go for Netherlands or China servers for hosting your site.
