i have been testing a few and there are none which fit my requirements.

im currently a member of a clasical mini car club and were looking for a way of the public rating pictures of our mini's,

were looking for something with the following kind of features.

1-10 rating of car
login area for members who upload there pics
guest / member picture submission/uploads
guest / member ratings
guest / member comments
random images page
contact us page
latest news page

i have a budget of around 100-150$

looking for something custom thou. can anyone help or advise of a script what will forfill my needs.
