what is the database error?

Forum is showing Database error need help:( Hello Guys, i just have started a Forum.. and i was installing shout box to it... im using vB 4.1 So i uninstalled my old VSa - ChatBox v3.1.6 and was installing vBShout v5.2.3 (Lite) as i upload the files and followed this step **CHMOD the /dbtech/vbshout/aop folder to 0777** my Forum stoped working it is showing Database error.. i removed the files of vBShout v5.2.3 (Lite).. BUt still it's showing database error....Someone help :(( Rating: 5
