-Change the skin, it's overused.
-Stop leeching so much junk to the forum.

I like dark skins, but this one is too dark. You need a matching banner, favicon and forum icons. There is not much to review yet, your site needs more work. Wish you good luck with it!

I can't say that I like your sites name. But It's kinda ok, you should have picked .com / .org or .net, as .info isn't for forums.

Flash banner is a big NO. You should never have anything that is .swf especially on a forum that should be simple.

Template is heavy & dark. Katz button isn't matching with your sites template, Katz Staff should consider making new button for sites with dark templates. Because, having so light button on dark template is more than ugly.

Colored forum names and descriptions are bit ugly. So you might consider having normal forum names and descriptions.

"Apply for Staff" forum should be removed, as anyone who apply for Staff is power hungry. If you want Staff members, it has to be some active member who didn't asked for his position.

Hacking Section should be removed as everyone would post infected "tools". And having stolen accounts shared publicly is something that can get you in real trouble.

User legend makes the template look even uglier, so you should remove it. There is showgroups.php for a reason.

Remove "Powered by vBulletin" from your title. And add your own description, it's quite simple. Go in your Admin Panel, "Language & Phrases". Search for "powered_by". Click edit and replace it.
