SKDown.Net WarezGuru.Org RARdownload.netwhen u get this issue means there is a conflict with ur antivirus and a worm, that keeps infecting files and windows trying to replace them...
use an adaware and try to update ur virus drivers, plus run in safe mode, if no error there then it is a startup file that messing the whole thing.
+ check windows services

Lol @ Whoo
Folder option --> View tab --> advanced setting --> un check "Hide protected operating system files"
This allow you to see boot.ini in the operating system partition then
go to boot.ini
then put these details
Code:[boot loader] timeout=30 default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS [operating systems] multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect
this setting is for primary master hard desk and the windows installed in C: partition
Be sure that the first boot device is the hard desk not the CD in Bios.
