Question about windows vps

I was planning to take a WIN VPS but had few questions as i have never tried it before.If someone has used it before then leave a reply... My questions are :-

1.) Can I use windows VPS as RDP (Remote desktop)
2.) Can I install RL on RDP , i.e both RDP and RL will be on VPS.
3.) What upload/download speed will i probably get if it is a 100Mbps port VPS and is located in germany.

I was planning to purchase scopehosts with vps 1gb ram , unmetered BW.. If u have any other suggestions then leave it..

3. No idea about the speeds though

about the speeds it'll probably be 10mbps max to Rapidshare, 3-4mbps to US based hosts like hotfile,fileserve etc ....
these are download speeds and may vary
the upload speeds maybe little less
