Streaming Satellite TV

Hi guys
im thinking about running a website that stream a satellite tv channel live
its only for one channel , i can receive it with my DVB card on my PC
but i have no idea that how can i put it for live stream on a website
i think for the beginning i need VPS , and i have 10 MB upload speed on pc PC
so any one can tell me what should i do ? any suggestions are welcome
as i dont know any thing about stream or tube site , help me with any knowledge

yeah but i want to have my own but just for 1 channel

Use www.primcast.com - You need to install Adobe Flash Server application on your PC also

i think its better if i say i have dedicated and vps , and want to run stream server on my own server
but tell me about this sites , primcast looks good for renting server from them and put my channel on it , right ?
ustream ? how does it work ? can i put live stream on it free ?
