They did paid. 2 times per week. I'm doing affiliate with them. They give me $7 per qualified uploader referred and 25% lifetime bonus. They are developing a brand new system because the current system sucks (not sure, but i see a different page at beta.skipfile.com weeks ago but with FTP upload function and basic theme only)
