Now that I got your attention,

Since there are so many scams going on, Ask for proof of some kind before doing the money transfer. Don't just trust the person because they use heart symbols on MSN/Yahoo!
I don't see how people are getting scammed so easily, It takes common sense to know that you can't just trust them off the bat. If there has to be some kind of a "trust" situation with the money transfer or such, it's best not to do it.

If your dumb enough to get scammed you should not be on the internet,
most people get scammed because they get greedy and try to buy something
that is way too good to be true and some get scammed because they are
just incompetent there are of course the pro scammers that its hard not to
get scammed by but that's like 5% of cases...
