SSH Command Help for Torrent Flux

I want to install TF on VPS from SSH.
Also want to install MTN so that I can make thumbnails of my video files.

I need Step-by-Step SSH command guide to install TF and MTN.

Please help.

just extract the tar file using this to extract: tar -xvzf yourfile.tar.gz
and import your TF mysql using mysql -h localhost -u username -p database name < database name.sql
enter then it will asking for pass then enter it will import

I have only SSH/SFTP access, no CP there.
