Graphix help !

since im shyte at graphics and my fellow admin is away on holiday and he does graphix etc can some 1 do me a banner for my website.

in have tried and it doesnt look professional, im not to proud to ask for help, as i need help on this banner.

here is default banner whats up now.

here is a blank logo could some 1 add me Area51 Downloads in a simliar mirror image as above pls.

or maybe come up with something different might look better in same colour as above to match theme pls.
