trying it, well, i dont think having it is special benifit over download manager (IDM) but, if any one want to get free one, is better!

And yes it is 100% free. This is for the general users who are not aware that they can accelerate their download speeds (just like IDM is only known among "some" users) and utilize their internet connection to the fullest.
