So yeah I got disabled by Fileserve
So yeah I got disabled by Fileserve
This is warning to you all not to make Fileserve your single host. Cause they will disable your ass without any reason why.
Ricky said I was disabled because I violated TOS (without saying what specific terms I violated). But I know the TOS and I didn't violate any rules. I didn't share any accounts, made any self referral, cheated on any downloads/prem sales, reuploaded DMCA files. I didn't do any of that.
Ricky knows I'm with FS for almost 6 months now and I've never had done anything that would jeopardize my account.
I was making over $140 a week with FS with over 20 prem site sales and almost all single hosted on Fileserve. And I really don't like they way they just brush that off and fuck me over.
So if you have files only on fileserve and use it as a single host, think again. Even with the slightest suspicion that they think you are doing wrong, all your efforts would just vanish like that. Make sure you spread your files to two or three file hosts (make backups!). Never do single filehost, especially when there are a lot of FS sites out there who treat their customers better.
I've been a staunch Fileserve supporter from the start and this is how they repay loyal uploaders. Great.masterb56 Reviewed by masterb56 on . That's sad. I wonder what sparked him to disable you. You must have done something drastic to have set him off.
Good thing just today I just completely mirrored my 31,000 files to another filehost but I was worried I won't be able to extend my account, not because I could get banned. I think I am the type of member every filehost wants - uploads alot, few downloads, don't ask for payment every $20 and seldom nag.

you're violating TOS because of uploading warez!
well this is a bad thing to happen if what you said are true. hope RickyFS will have something concrete reason why you're getting banned. I feel sorry for you.

Yeah but they won't say it, so how can I defend myself? Ricky is saying I just move on. Move on from where? I can't access my files. I'm just pissed off cause I thought I could trust FS and that they care more about their uploaders - apparently not.
Anywayz, this onshore host would probably get seized by the US Government anytime soon. Good luck.

@masterb56:
Curious, where do you live and what do you normally upload, i.e. warez?
