Rar Unrar Error

I am getting this error.

Did you CHMod the rar files/folder to 777

Can i see the Screenshot please?

Well, You must put the rar/unrar file in Rar folder in binary form + it should match the operating system

yup, those files are 64 bit matching my OS Architecture....
i have three files in my rar folder,

rar
unrar
rarreg.key

chmod rar file to 777

Did you uploaded in binary mode?

I missed it, had made them 775. But it worked for whole day & suddenly it gave errors.

I hope i dnt get errors again.
