You have to upload them to your smile folders and the assign them a tag, they'll show up in your smiles menu and when you click them the tag will show up, or you can just enter the tag to make the image viable.

in a box under smilies menu....

so i want 2 click the man an it will iser tag ":man:" to the editor..
