I have evoboxes Gold and Diamond VPS and its great, I dont run 15 transloads at a time though, I do 8 and it also has rutorrent running with 20 torrents, speeds are awesome, it cant download from HF but it can upload at awesome speeds, on average my turn around time for a dvd rip (700mb) is like 15 min (unrar, screen, re-rar and upload to FS, HF, MU, FSC and DL)
There is not support for sborg (like the owner isnt an expert in it), but the owner did help me out when I started with them to get sborg working on an ubuntu server so I could use their auto-install script for rutorrent.

I havent tested HF, but we can probably get you an IP that isnt banned.
Well, as Jamilv said, im not really an expert with sborg, but your welcome to use it.
i think we can provide some pretty great speeds :>
not sure on the uptime, havent really measured it - but 99.9 or so sounds about right.
we have high quality disks (WD RE3/4 or seagate constellation ES) and at least 4 core CPU's (some servers now have 4 core, 8 thread CPU's)
no idea what the last thing is...

It's never a great idea to hog so much CPU at a time, especially if it's a lower-end box. Most Seedboxes just aren't Core I7s

I guess on our newer boxes (silver -> platinum) everyone technically gets their own dedicated CPU thread. (availability allowing...etc). On diamond you would get 1 whole core, or availibilty allowing, 1 core and 2 threads. We dont split the CPU like this, im just noting that this is the case. On most of our servers, cpu usage is <10%
Although we obviously wouldn't like you to do HD video encoding, or Folding@Home - but rar/unraring and mp3 encoding should be fine
Our CPU's are very similar to the Core i7 - http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=42928 - turbo, hyper-threading...etc

It's a 1gbit shared so "true" 1gbit speeds essentially mean you can get anywhere from 10mb/sec all the way up to 100mb/sec it all depends onhiw many people are making use of the connection, on diamond with a dedicated hd I was seeing maximums of 65mb/sec sustained a good amount of the time, and uploads maxes out at 35mb/sec...but I never really got first pick at the torrents because didn't have the rss thing setup
Sborg wise it's fast, except with MU, but that's because mu sucks

Average speed on what? its different between RL, sBorg, torrents, etc
You get slower on RL and sBorg because most filehosts limit their download speed, but you average like 5-8mb/sec, sometimes I get 20-25mb/sec but thats in off peak hours.
Torrents you can average 40mb/sec download without a dedicated HD, 60mb/sec with a dedicated HD, upload wise you can get above 50mb/sec if you get a torrent or set of torrents with a good connectivity to peers
