Oh thats the point! I never knew this was the reason my files were deleted instantly after upload on HF. Apparently you can use ShareLinking.com to save your files longer. And if deleted you can edit links at one place giving you more downloads ultimately.

Making your files last longer I don't know if this has already been discussed here but changing the hash value of you files may result in a larger lifespan for some of them. Some filehosting companies trash files with the same hash value and when you rar a file several times using RL, the resulting rar files will have the very same hash value unless you add dummy files, like a txt or jpg, of different sizes whenever you rar that file. Another way is to manually change the hash value of each file using the md5 change Rating: 5
