I have noticed now that Fileserve is deleting files more aggressively than Freakshare Bitshare Hotfile and Filesonic...because i always provide mirrors with all these hosts.

Solution is to stop using Fileserve?

Change the MD5 Hash or rename the file to something less obvious.

I always rename to BACKUP(RANDOM NUMBER HERE)

Fileserve del files faster than HF, FSn and almost deleted files not list on DMCA removed files

Since the begining of this year Fileserve is almost not deleting my files.
I think it has only deleted like 10 files so far.
I remember having something like 150 files in the DMCA tab before new year.

nope... no way that fileserve deletes more or faster then hotfile. maybe it deletes faster then the others which you mentioned but not hotfile. they do it even faster. + hotfile deletes all files with the same content as the one which was reported and fileserve deletes only the urls which were reported.

fileserve 2 win. my favourite at the moment
