are you guys serious? theres a dedicated filserve thread. try reading it once in a while. it's been stated probably hundreds of times... STATS WILL BE SLOW.
With the release of the new filemanager they might get back to faster stat updating __EVENTUALLY__.
But for now just sit back relax and _trust_ that they are counting all downloads in their databases even if those stats arent being reflected on site!
