My site using a Lot of CPU...

Hey, I got noticed by my hosting Provider that my site is using a lot of CPU resources.
They said it reached about 70%.

So, whats the main thing Using so much of CPU?


What i Feel is that WP Total Cache used up CPU.

u should get a VPS Total Cache doesnt take much CPU

1] Remove the plugins that u never use.
2] Disable plugins which are used rarely.
3] Dont keep heavy plugins like the ones creating thumbnail.
4] Delete the old posts. That would make ur DB small & more fast & less burden on CPU

go with vps or semi dedicated wordpress is not good for big site its loady script lots of times i post in wordpress to update their script but yet same

may be current layout making problem or try to disable front page image grab feature and see.

Ask your host to send you a screenshot of you usage. Then you can see which file is causing the overload.

Hmmm maybe his site is receiving too much traffic and is ready to move on from shared? he already uses a cache plugin
