OPMemberVPS it is located in USA i downlaoad from all hosts i get 3MB/s Upload at Fileserve and 1MB/s upload at hotfile
i think fileserve and hotfile are located in USA so speed must be faster
i also have a VPS in USA and i get more than 20MB/s in Fileserve
