VPS it is located in USA i downlaoad from all hosts i get 3MB/s Upload at Fileserve and 1MB/s upload at hotfile
i think fileserve and hotfile are located in USA so speed must be faster
i also have a VPS in USA and i get more than 20MB/s in Fileserve

Team-XPC.comIt could be that your server is farther from the filehost which will drastically reduce speeds compared to closer servers.
But you can ask them for proof that a 1gbit/s card is installed on your server. I used to have a script that checked for it.. but I can't seem to find it. The webhost should be able to provide some sort of proof.Bad Uploaders: mayank101, zer(0), UltimateUploader, immu, much more..

FusionWarez.info SmokeHost.net Leechers.coCan't be so19. His VPS is in the USA & HF is in the USA. Usually you would get min 10MBPS. Weird. Might just be their network is shit.

Team-XPC.comLol I only saw dedicated server at the top. Then he goes on and changes it to VPS.. Which one is it? There is a big difference.
Of course a VPS is going to be much slower then they state. You're sharing a 1gbit/s connection with all the other people on the computer and the datacenter.. So if this is a common place for people to use for torrents or RL then you're speed will be drastically reduced. You'll notice that your speeds will get better and worse over different times of the day. Also, in my experiences with VPS's there has always been some connection issues and it is expected to be slower then a 1gbit/s line on a dedicated.
You just seemed to have moved to a server/dc that has more torrenting and rl'ing. Check for speeds during the day, and if you don't like it, just move to a different provider. Nothing else you can do but complain to them.Bad Uploaders: mayank101, zer(0), UltimateUploader, immu, much more..
