You already posted same thread few weeks ago, and some of the members gave you the right answers. You can either go for the word of mouth method, spamming other forums, or spamming eMails. Nothing else.

How can i spam emails?

EDIT: i actually tried mouth to mouth but that was not enough

You basically need to get eMail lists, pretty much from other forum databases, you think of some cool subject, and cool text which would tell to the potential user about your forum.

And you send it via some "Mass Mail" script. But spamming is a really, really bad method. Everyone will think you're a noob or some hacker who can't think of better advertising method for his forum. Just give it some time, some forums grow after 6 months, year, hell, even 2 years.

I could just mass email a flyer or something like that as for invitation, i can mass spam it a cleaver way
