Very hard to say without seeing the site and knowing if it's increasing or decreasing and how many new topics are created a day. With 90% organic traffic it would be very automated though so you would have great potential to make loads of money with cash affiliate links. You could get up to $5000 if it's increasing traffic as once organic traffic is growing it's pretty hard to fuck up. If it's decreasing then $1000 as it can be hard to turn a site around.
Other stuff like source of traffic is important. You make way more money from US visitors than for example Indian so low US traffic would reduce the price too.

Id be able to give a lot better value if I knew the domain. Everyone is giving wild crazy guesses until they see the site
