My wp site is loading hit and miss. Sometimes it will other times it won't. I know its not my internet connection or a cache issue. Any reason for this? Makes work hard to get done..

Havent had a single problem with host, the site has gone down one in 3 months which was a DC issue, and onel0ve messaged me on MSN about this issue, so I was happy, I hope that they stay in business a long time as I am hopefully gonna stay with them with my site.
