this isn't designed by me. i'll be coding it, so thats why i want some suggestions.

Its not that bad, the only thing is that the header's color is not matching with the rest of the skin.

The designer is failing bad, that looks like the other skin you coded just a bit fixed up and the designer just raped the shit out of it with brushes.
