No chance HF would survive as being more legit like RS. MU/RS are the only two that could do it. MU has proved themselves as their rewards program is awful.

I wholeheartedly agree with this comment on the source page:
Hotfile added remote uploading functionality to have their content leeched from rapidshare to their site.
They blocked remote uploads from hotfile to other cyberlockers under the pretext of preventing more than one person from using their accounts.
i.e. cyberlockers with servers in another country that have a different IP can be blocked
It’s strange that they offer no support for hacked user accounts, lol.
All this happened when rapidshare was in trouble, facing lawsuits and had just removed its rewards program.
Hotfile also offered slightly more money than other cyberlockers.
This is how hotfile became popular. They had excellent timing and no ethics.
Fuck you money grabbing crooks.
