Template is really lame, you need to get some template like:

You'll need to customize it a lot, remove the unnecessary stuff. And I think it would be better for you to make a site about celebrities from the Balkans, you can pretty much make up stories, just to get a lot of visits. Advertise it on Facebook, put up Google ads. And you're good to go.

There are tons of blogs dedicated to international celebrities, so you'd have no chance in competing with them.

Jason's idea is decent. You should definately stick to celebrities from Balcan because the domain isn't international.
