    Default Help please!

    Hello all,i got a card & verified my paypal,but im from albania/kosovo and cant receive money.who would help me sending 0.50$ just to see if i can now receive money with verified account.

    I Can give hosting or anything other.i must just see if i can now receive money to my paypal.
