yes, you can buy hosting with alertpay too, but that is not that highly accepted. For starter you can even get hosting for free (in exchange for a banner) after all new blogs and forums are not getting big attention so you won't have that much visitor, so even those hosts won't kick you who are not allowing warez linking.
Warez business is never safe, but if you are pirating US content for US visitors or Europe visitors, it is much more safer to do it from Asia.
If you need tips: you shouldn't start a site, there are bunch of them... but those big sites need help too, so if you are a good boy and active on them, maybe you can get into an uploader position (just for example: how good will it be to be an uploader on rlslog.net). Starting a site and keeping it up is hard, not to mention it is costly - and don't forget, all risk is yours, if police knocks on your door - after all they are mainly after site owners: but as an uploader you can get a lot of money (from pay to download sites) without higher risks. (i mean there are risks, but not that high as the owners)

Tastro.org HDTVXviDLOL.com EpisodeSeasons.com FileBorg.org W-47.comi would rather try to go in some other niche... because in torrents you got no chance at all for a public torrent site, and in the file host warez it's hard already too... we need a new way of sharing or just try another niche.
just my suggestion.LE with your pr2 site? <a href="http://tastro.org/">Tastro.org</a> or link exchance with our category page: <a href="http://tastro.org/i/hdtv">HDTV</a> | <a href="http://tastro.org/i/dvdrip">DVDRip</a> | <a href="http://tastro.org/i/r5">R5</a> | <a href="http://tastro.org/i/bdrip">BDRip</a> | <a href="http://tastro.org/i/brrip">BRRip</a>
