Hatem its not about the version problem.. its the problem of server.

Well its confirm... its 100% server issue.... but where is the issue i don't know.. I have checked on another server and it is working great on it

then why don't you submit a ticket to your hosting?

hopefully you will get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
