how to copy the config of one server to other server?

i am gonna buy a server. my old management installed security things, optimization etc

how do i know what they have done to my old server so i can copy it to my new server?

Try to get them to do what they did in your old server on your new server? Or get new management.

That would be pretty hard, config files from things like apache php etc. are easily done, but the other ones....

Find what out what they installed.
Located the config files of the programs they installed.

Install those programs fresh on server2 and then copy the configs.
Thats the easiest way I can think of.
