Filesonic 400mb+ Limit For Free Users

Using Pay Per Sale to force users to buy premium accounts is one sure shot way of driving traffic away from your site. Most downloaders are free users and if they can't download as free user, they will never visit your site.

i agree as all stuff are illegal as warez or x x x

I have 452mb file parts for Fileserve & i have to rar the files again to 395mb for filesonic :S + Then links aren't interchangeable Also many uploaders are posting single links now & the 400mb limit for filesonic prevents that. Not to mention that you can be banned on many forums for posting 400mb+ links ( especially if you are using Rating: 5

Yeah the limit sucks , i hope that filesonic will change this rule

I think FSo is trying to get as many as premiums they can get. Then may be they will change their plans!

I BLEVE that back with HF when i go from 101+mb links to the full video in one link my earning go up , single links gives more downloads and fs have a very good PPD rate , ALL WHAT i know that at some point the sales will go down , and we all we have to go to PPD so if they dont have 400mb limt we will earn some good money pepole who are in PPD now and upload on 251+mb links have a rate close to 1dl=2cent 1000dl=20usd ,and that's good

@Karim: Do you upload 101mb files to HF so that it's counted in the high paying threshold? I upload 100mb files and it's still counted in the higher paying threshold so I don't think it's necessary to make file 101mb..

Changing it will affect members in PPS plan. Most members buy premium because they want to download single link downloads but if they change it to 1GB or more, it kills the point of buying premium and we will lose $ and also, Filesonic will lose revenue from premium.

They give you 60% PPS and 30$ on PPD. Comeon, be fair. They're doing the best they can for uploaders.

They should increase it however. Atleast make it 600Mb or so.
