@cyber.crime ,i dont think that dmca will come to your house but they will judge and sue you at local polices.

i dont know indian law.. but im assuming there is some kind of copyright laws there. You wont go to jail,but there is a possiblity of lawsuits if they do decide to pursue legal action. If tht was teh case,you would be liable for whtever compensation they seek along with court costs

hey the same thing happened to me,this number called me but i never received any mail 8888820 i blacklisted bit defender as they told me to remove all post and future post i said ok then the guy asked me if i had a lawyer etc he asked me to close the forum to avoid legal procedure well i did it for 2hrs and opened it again,well i switched off my mobile but next time they called me they will kinda hear me as i did like they said also as you are located in netherland brein can take actions against you,i think its time to put fake info when registering domain now and use vpn to connect to your accounts as copyright company's are getting all personal info.

well ur not taking the simple advice of removing the post from your site.. tht is the simplest solution. If you decide as you said to not do so,then you can take your chances with whichever lawfirm this company decides to use to sue you

that the reason..like domain info for warez site don't put real info ..put fake and protect..you running warez site and put real info..then binggo
