nooky.usI ordered RL last night from Darkra.
I think it's the best RL I ever had. Speeds are pretty good. You get 11 premium accounts and a few bonus scripts like an upload host editor and an feature filled MTN.
The only thing I miss is the ability to add my own premium (Rapidshare) and Auto Transload is a hit and miss.
RAR/UNRAR and deleting files take a jiffy and the server 'feels' like it's not oversold amd always responds fast. The server load is 1% (highest was 15% for 10 seconds).
Refund and Disputes:
All payments to DonkieHost are non-refundable after 7 days account activation period, 3 days for Rapidleech accounts. This includes any one time setup fee and subsequent charges regardless of usage. All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the time the dispute occurred. You can NOT open any dispute to paypal, your card issuer or any other third party. If you do so, your account will be terminated immediately. Your refund request will be cancelled and no refund will be provided. Setup fees are not refundable.
No refund on cancellation of dedicated servers.

Not are incorrect, when you buy a service you must check a box that says "I have read and agree to the Terms of Service" and if your click the link opens the page with the terms that is this http://foro.donkiehost.com/terminos.php also in the mail with details of access to Rapidleech are reminded to read our terms.
We know that there are customers of different countries but we can not put the terms in all possible languages.

The terms and conditions are different. This is not my fault. How was I suppose to know that your Terms and Conditions that you have provided me with - in my language - are incorrect ??
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO UPDATE YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS SO THAT THEY MATCH IN ALL LANGUAGES THAT YOU PROVIDE.
If you had Terms and Conditions that were in Arabic, and it said that I would have to pay £300 after 2 months of use, would you uphold that??
Would you make your customers pay £300 ??

Hmmm then i wonder hy this dude did not like the server.
What he mentioned on the ticket was the issue for the MD5 which he was told that he will be able to give his and it will be added but yet he is not satisfied. There should be a reason as to why a person is not satisfied.
Its like buying a car today and driving it, after 2 days u say i am not satisfied, without any reason they aint gonna refund u back...

Ok fine but in this case at least he should say why he is not happy. What he wanted the company was ready to offer it.
The main point here is before he bought the thing i guess its written that he does not get FTP nor cPanel access to edit files which he knew but yet he wanted to do the MD5 which the host is telling him to give his md5 and they will add it.
They did not say anything bad. The rest i guess is in their TOS. Well i havent read it.

I e-Mailed them AGES ago, asking for a demo account so I could see their speeds. They said that they do not provide a demo account, but they do provide a 3 day money back guarantee. THIS IS STILL MENTIONED ON THEIR WEBSITE, and it is still mentioned in their Terms and Conditions that THEY provide in English on their website, that if I am unsatisfied with the service then I will get a refund.

Well Donkiehost is furnishing some laughable excuses here to not refund you. They will lose more customers and more money as a result eventually due to this bad publicity than profiting by cheating you.
If anyone from Donkiehost is here, do the right thing and refund the guy according to your "English" TOS

Back on the 21st November, I submitted a ticket, and asked for a Demo of your service.
