Rapidshare Upload speed very low?

Hi can someone confirm that Rapidshare Upload speed from USA this days is very low.

I tried 2 Differrent Location 2 Different VPS with 1GBps upload speed (1 VPS dallas , 1 VPS washington) but the speed is very very low .

I only get 300-500 Kb/s upload speed.

On FS , HF , and FSC i'm getting great speed but RS is very slow .

Before one week RS speed was also good from This Same VPS

Can someone confirm that RS upload speed is very low (maybe problem from RS side)

P.S. I'm using RL for upload

Yeah it's been down from the past couple of weeks I have been struggling to upload big files on it.

Try NL or EU Vps !

Yes Its very slow for last 2 days

And In german server its already blocked for last 21 days
