kolox dns setup + dns-diy.net

sorry it is kloxo not kolox

please can any one help me in setting up dns template and nameserver

i have created dns template ns1.mydomain.com
ns2.mydomain.com

in dns-diy.net what should i enter there is following option
A record
cname record
NS record
MX record

In general as I have never used this service.

a record could be the ip address of your domain
ns record could be ns1.mydomain.com and a second ns record ns2.mydomain.com
mx record could be mail.mydomain.com
cname could be www.mydomain.com

A more detailed output of DNS would be helpful, but basically, do as Lock Down mentioned.
A record is always an IP and it will be the primary ip your server is configured in(if you have more than 1 ip). NS records will be like

ns1 TTL NS mydomain.com.
ns2 TTL NS mydomain.com.

TTL is the time to live . Remember to put a FQDN as the domain.
MX record is the mail record and CNAME is just the canonical name. More so like a redirector.
