Default Can't access my site true informations.

hello, It's been 3 days since I migrated my server. Now, my problem is I can't access my site true info.. When I view my site normally on a browser, I can only see myself online (own posts too) and nothing else. but when I use some proxy sites, I see lots of people online and all other post are there.

one thing I noticed, when I try this command url domainname.com:2082 it took too long to respond until time out, but when I used a proxy site it loads fast and let's me log-in but I didn't.

because of this, I can't submit my thread to katz and other DDL.

here's the few steps I did thought might help but doesn't.

I use downforeveryoneorjustme and I got it's up.
I did use flush DNS but nothing helps.
I tried to ping my site's domain but it tells me my OLD IP from my old server.
I already contacted my hosts but he just tell me to just wait but I can't wait lol

edit: I also tried to paste my site's new IP to my browser but brought me to a Default Web Page CGI

Change your IP on your internet mate. Sounds like a problem on your end, not your server.

To my understanding your the only one experiencing difficulties with accessing your site. Try changing your IP on your PC.

or use any other dns if its good means its a prob with your isp dns or your isp is slow at updating dns

DNS records are chached not only on your PC, but on your ISP servers too - it's called TTL, and since i checked your domain pinoy-warez.com has this set up to 172800 it means that your ISP will chache it for 2 days.
You just have to wait two full days since you changed your A records and everyone will be getting new IP - until then everyone that visited your page before, including you ( and his isp cached old A records) will see old page, while new visitors will already see new one. It's called DNS change propagation.
